Jeremy said his rig was taken from near his home.

I saw on All Terrain Camper's Facebook page that this rig was stolen from the Hayward, CA, area on January 29th or 30th. If anyone sees it rolling around, contact the police and you can also contact the owner (Jeremy Gibbons) via the ATC Facebook page.

I like the Quick Fist that dsrtrat mentions above. Why spend a ton of money on an expensive bracket to secure a $10.00 shovel? Personally, I carry a military surplus trenching tool that folds up nicely, is light and was inexpensive.

Beautiful photography and what awesome campsites you had. Just one thing was missing... I sure would have loved to see a pic of that Navajo taco you enjoyed. It made me hungry for home just reading about it. Thanks for sharing.

I loved your TR and photographs. I especially liked the photos of the "Elvis crowd" at Saline Valley. I totally agree with getting the spare fixed before continuing on in that part of the world--even if it meant a lot more driving. Thanks for sharing with us.

I have an ATC Bobcat on a Tacoma, which I think is kind of between the Fleet and the Eagle in width and if I were you, I'd be looking at the Fleet. The Fleet's only a little wider than the Eagle, but in these small campers, every cubic inch can become precious. I think the Eagle looks better...

I use the same on as elmo_4_vt and if you can just master how to collapse it (it's kind of tricky) it's a simple, fast, affordable shower tent.

I stumbled onto the "Hot Water Slaughter" website while surfing the net and it really is a very good source for hot springs in the west. There were a ton of springs I had never heard of and I have several books on western hot springs. Give it a look-see; I'm bookmarking it...

We're up to 29 quakes since 10:28 pm last night (roughly 24 hrs.). Maybe it'll open up a hot spring on my property....

This is fitting for the "You Know You're a Geezer When" thread. When I used to make this mistake, my starter would growl a horrible screetch, but my Tacoma has some sort of anti-geezer override to prevent damage I guess.
