It might be feasible, but, I wouldn't mount boxes directly to the camper while under warranty. I suspect doing so would invalid such.

The sold out one at BH was a iM2500 Storm Trak case with padded dividers. Indeed, the 1510 with pads is a great camera case However, I much prefer the Pelican AIR cases. They are made with a light weight polymer drastically reducing weight compared to the original cases.
