Hello They open to a long channel storage area that is only about 6" Deep and 6" tall and the length of the bench. Very useful space but it is not the entire depth of the bench. David Graves

On our longer trips we have used an eight gallon olive container with tight fitting lid strapped to the rear bumper. 200 miles wash, 300 miles rinse cycle....followed by solar drying device. DG

I am 66 and I refuse to employ our nav system unless I have at least looked at a paper map beforehand and at least generally oriented my brain. Listening to the truck nav system is enough of a distraction that I cannot keep focused my innate sense of direction and routing. David Graves
