I like what you've done here. We've got a similar truck/camper/rack. I have a shallow Yakima basket, and have cut one side of the basket out to make loading chairs easier. So far there's been only one time I wish I had the maxxtrax. There's always that one time!

That's pretty cool, Rando! I just tried the conversion tool you posted and it works like a charm to quickly create a gpx file. The file imports into CalTop as markers for stops and a line showing your route. You can even look at profiles of elevation gain/loss.

No warping issues with our 06 Tundra / Hawk combo, at 135k with ten years carrying the camper 75% of the time. However, emergency stop capability has always been much slower than I want.

Agree with CalTopo. I've used backcountry navigator and earthmate, and find CalTopo to offer the most mapping features.
