I am enjoying your reports. Nice country to knock around in. We like those hashbrowns in the little milk cartons too. :)

We have the variable speed fan with remotes. They work fine but the remote function is a pain and drains the battery whether the fan is on or not. The rain sensor function is nice. If I had it to do again, I would get the simple fan and do as TrapperMike suggests.

Nice campsite! I agree with you in principle. We love being by ourselves. Unfortunately, the reality in the east or the midwest, wide open boondock sites like that are few and far between, though not unheard of. We quite often find ourselves in campgrounds and often regret it. Not everyone...

I-80 in Nevada does this to my truck also, along with ruts in the pavement from tire studs. I won't drive that road again. I don't have air bags but I've had the porpoising experience a few times- not often enough to do anything to the truck yet. It is irritating when it does happen.

We did the same last minute approach for curtains- bought some big ones at Target on sale (cheap!) and cut them up. Worked out great. Your camper looks great. Have fun camping! Will look forward to seeing a trip report. :)

Ha, 91° F forecast high here tomorrow. Mother nature is standing on her head again. Longer term, I imagine we will be getting what you guys are having. The leaves are beginning to turn and the flowers are fading. But for now, it's still summer here. :)

Josh, check to be sure your Google photo album is set to public view. If you don't want to share all your photos you can make an album with the ones you want to share and set it to public view.

Well it feels like mid-summer here- no rain for a while, highs in the 90°s, humidity and smoke. Air quality advisory due to smoke and ozone levels. Very strange for September. Hopefully a cool front coming through over the weekend will fix things.
