I would start adding up the options and condition. The awning, jacks, arctic pack, furnace, etc. and the condition of the vinyl are all expensive items. Now, not having a refrig or stove deduct. I'd say it's a bit high.

I would suggest that's not a very good solutiion. The bed tie down points are made for those kind of stresses. You've seen all those pictures of bent/broke turnbuckles? That's a lot of stress on the bed tie downs that are designed for that... just my opinion.

When I found my FWC, I had my truck ready for about a year before I found what I wanted and bought it sight unseen and drove a long way the next day to get it. You really have to move quickly when you find one you like at the price you like.
