    RotoPax on FWC Hawk?

I've never had any leakage and I probably don't vent nearly as often as I should.

    RotoPax on FWC Hawk?

A lot of folks mount AT jerry can holders on the backs of their rigs.

    FWC mattress

I have a late 2014 Eagle and I think the mattress is great. We have a memory foam topper on our mattress at home and it's too soft for me.

Installing Isotherm 65 in 2011 Eagle

The lower vent is to draw air in and up and the upper vent is the exhaust. There is no air flow from the inside of the camper, at least on the Dometic.

    No hot water

My bad about forgetting city water; I never hook mine up since the inlet is right above the hot water heater and the one time I did it almost melted the hose. I have since put a fitting on to extend it but since I mostly boondock I don't even think about using it.

    Filling Hot Water Tank

My hot water tank doesn't fill unless I turn on the pump. I don't always open a faucet, though, but I can verify that if I don't turn on the pump the tank stays empty.

    No hot water

Same here. I don't think the hot water tank fills without running the pump.

I need to hear a good new joke

A cowboy named Bud was overseeing his herd in a remote mountainous pasture in California when suddenly a brand-new BMW advanced toward him out of a cloud of dust. The driver, a young man in a Brioni suit, Gucci shoes, RayBan sunglasses and YSL tie, leaned out the window and asked the cowboy...

Installing Isotherm 65 in 2011 Eagle

Not sure you'd need a second fan with the Isotherm, it's supposedly more efficient than the power hog of a Dometic 65 that I have. ;)

Installing Isotherm 65 in 2011 Eagle

My 2014 Eagle with Dometic 65 has the access vent on the bottom. FYI

    Battery choice

The Surepower separator that came with my 2014 Eagle doesn't but I switched to a Bluesea 7622 ACR which does.

    Truck Length constraints?

Even 'small' trucks can be long; my quad cab Taco with Eagle, ARB front bumper and Aluminess rear bumper is just at 22'.

Aluminess on GMC's with FWC Hawk

Each swing arm has its own latch and there is a hole where they come together where I suppose you could put a padlock but I just use the pin as a suspender/belt type of thing.

Aluminess on GMC's with FWC Hawk

I use a pin like this to lock my swing arms closed when driving: https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Roadmaster/RM-910032.html?feed=npn&gclid=Cj0KEQjwtu3GBRDY6ZLY1erL44EBEiQAAKIcvghBcIgTK5BIVv9cDKGxdFyssh89s0xMS-oC_QvZzroaAjZg8P8HAQ

Aluminess on GMC's with FWC Hawk

It is strong. I didn't have mine latched good once and the swing out swung open when I turned. Scared me but no damage. I now have a pin to latch the swing outs together for safety.

Aluminess on GMC's with FWC Hawk

I use the pins to hold my swing arms open as well. So far, after a couple of years, no problems but I suppose a prankster could lock me in. Not sure how easy it would be to get my elderly body through the emergency exit. ;)
