    Headliner wood trim strips

I used some strips I found in the molding section at Homedepot. They are a little thicker then I would have liked, but saved time on making my own. If you are replacing all of them, it works well, if only replacing some, a not 100% match would not be ideal. There are photos of what it looks like...

Selling A Camper With A Lien On It

When I bought my truck, this was the situation. The previous owner had a lien, we met at the bank, I paid the bank, the bank cleared the check and signed the title over to me, the seller took home the cash. If you do this, 1. make sure you are getting a cashier check, the seller's bank would...

    84 Fleet - 09 Tacoma - Project

Since the big projects in the four wheel camper are all taken care of, it was time for a few small projects around the camper to make it more useable, functional, and liveable I installed a storage system in my galley to keep things organized. I put a bunch of strategically placed hooks around...

Total pop-up material replacement - purchasing to finishing

I agree, The floor pack and new siding are the only two things I did not really fix or replace in mind, and in hindsight I wish I did both. In for an inch, in for a mile.

Total pop-up material replacement - purchasing to finishing

HI Berts The article linear is a second layer of fabric or cloth that you put up around the canvas to make a second barrier against the cold, It traps a bunch of air between the true outside canvas and your inside wall. That being said, I never actually did make an artic linear. Search the term...

Advice re: Tying Down to Tacoma

I am not sure I follow exactly what the issue is. Back when I installed my camper (which I think is the same as yours) in my old truck (an 09 tacoma so I think same bed as yours), I had the FWC bed bars in the forwarded-most and rear-most bed bolt locations. I believe you are correct that the...

    Air lifters for camper top

Wow those are really neat. Never seen that before. I could see a way that FWC easily could incorporate such a concept right into the canvas for a discrete design. And I could see a lot of customers loving that feature of automated pop top. Thanks for sharing.

Yes exactly the type of idea I had in mind, I would like the boxes to have lids and be a bit more industrious, plus a locking mechanism so they don't fall out while driving will be key. But this is right on point with what I am trying to do. Thanks for sharing.

Ohh man, clothes packing is a constant chore and truly not yet solved. We are currently bringing duffel bags or canvas shopping bags and constantly doing the 'duffle shuffle'. With the toddler it is a bit crazy. Stuff ends up everywhere, except where it is supposed to go which is under the...
