I do plan to put in 2 electric ceiling fans to help combat the condensation in the winter. I like the idea of the 18oz being more pliable. That might make a big difference from this material not cracking in extreme cold even though its rated down to -40. Honestly if its -10 or colder, I'll stay home and do house projects ha ha. I don't want to ski that cold in my older age anyway. Plus I'll likely make a arctic pack myself that will help combat the cold. I already have a diesel heater I bought for my other camper but I got the furnace working so its brand new in the box. That will be my heating source in the FWC.
About the height. My plan as of now (this changes daily) is to keep the soft sides the same height and to create more head room I'm going to rebuild the floor pack 6" deeper. For a couple reasons. More hard side and less soft side will be better in the cold and if I keep it the same height I can maybe template and rebuild the old lift panels. I might also go the EMT route so the fabric height might be adjusted. Also I feel less pop up will more stable in a blizzard with high winds.
I'll likely start a new thread on my project today. It will make it easier for me to keep the ideas in one location. I feel I have enough ideas now to start asking educated questions ha ha. I've been on this site day and night since Sunday.
Thanks for all your help
