    you will need rough 4x4's in your bed for the CO to clear your cab....4" is what Brian uses at Alaskan to mount them on newer Fords...I'm building a platform for my 73 to clear my cab (2003) by another 3/4"....so my platform will be 4 3/4" tall you can get the camper in halfway with the jacks...

    we have used a screen on a roll up blind core with magnets at the bottom and small steel plates on the rim. it's not perfect..but it's worked ok for 45+ years...I'll put up with it I think it was the original screen in the camper when it was purchased....the bottom rail on the screen fits in...

    Nice awning....I like the fabric but there's alot more going on in that pic.....Is that a demand hot water heater mounted on the wall? you've had that camper for a while...It has all the signs of developed use.... ;)

Very nice...and well thought out...kudos the only thing I would have done...since you had all the structural in limbo...relieving the entrance into the CO section as it is done in the newer models...making access alot...
