RV LIFE Multisite Forum, Wander The West 12V Fridge Direct Wiring To House Battery

Any number of things could happen. The outlet could short out. Without a fuse, it's a accident waiting to happen.

RV LIFE Multisite Forum, Wander The West 12V Fridge Direct Wiring To House Battery

I would think you'd want to put a fuse or a breaker as close to the battery as possible and then to the outlet.

RV LIFE Multisite Forum, Wander The West Adding Spots and Areas Contributions

Hey DD, Trying to add new content of photos/info to the National Parks areas/spots. How do I add a new park or spot? Looks like I can add to an existing area, but don't see how to add a new entry. Is this intentional or operator difficulty? Thanks, Keith

RV LIFE Multisite Forum, Wander The West FWC Warranty work

We didn't make it to deadhorse. Gotta leave something to come back for! Yes, we found the Gnats, and we didn't have any tight netting. We were up there in June and July, so we didn't have to use the lights in the camper much. When the lights were on though those pesty little things would...

For 30 years or so I've been searching out remote beauty. At many times alone, sometimes with just my spouse. It's all to easy to believe one is smart enough, prepared enough, experienced enough or just plain lucky enough to take chances. I sure I will not change that soon. I'm sorry for Jay...

RV LIFE Multisite Forum, Wander The West Portable Air Compressors / Jump Starters

I use a Quick air 2. Takes about 2 min. per tire to air 35" tires from 15 - 35psi. A bit pricey, but I use them for work as well to air up Bobcat tires. They can be ordered as a hard mount or in a "tool box" 12"x10"x6". Mine is in a tool box.

RV LIFE Multisite Forum, Wander The West Bed Ideas

We put a piece of 1" memory foam on top of the big factory cushion. It makes it much more comfy. We have the king pull out and sleep heads forward. I can't feel any bump under my back and we can leave the foam up there with the top down.
