We have been getting hit by the snow too, got about 12 plus inches last saturday, then about 5 more tuesday, with about 7 expected for this weekend, starting to wonder where to put all that snow, so if any one want some free snow come and get it, I'll even help load it :)
Ok guys and gals,think I found the perfect little oven for camping, its designed for the coleman stove but I think it will work just fine ontop of the stove in the camper, it folds nice and compact when not in use and takes about a 10 inch pan and has adjustable oven rack and temp gauge in door...
How many gallons of wiskey can you get into the water tank??:confused:might be onto something here, dont have to worry about draining tank, or sterilizing your system:D, and bet you make alot of friends along the way;)
Just a idea, how about making a sub floor out of thin ply wood to fit into space you want carpet to go and then glueing the squares onto it? that way could lift it all out to clean or just remove and have original floor still intacked
My 86 keystone does not have any carpet around the top aluminum either it does have a thin felt type of material there, but I agree it does feel cold and wet at times, oh temps been warm today,it was into the 30s :rolleyes:
Don't miss the tent a bit, enjoy the camper, no more having to load everything into truck, just to have it get rained on, or be covered in dust and dirt when getting there, Camper is stocked and ready to roll pretty fast, and its dry and warm, and roomier than our tent:)
ok I have a 86 keystone, it did not come with rear sceen door, can it still be added?, whats involved to add if it can, anyone one here done this? pics and suggestion wanted:)
wired 8 gauge from truck battery to back of truck, installed a slide plug rate at 50 amp at back of camper that goes camper battery, can plug the plugs together to charge battery from truck to camper or remve plug and plug into 12 volt from generator to charge either truck or camper battery...

we did not, did see deer, turtles, beavers, Kingfisher, eagle, cows:D they free range around the area, and got to listen to the coyotes sing for us at night. We have see moose in the area but not this time, also have seen brown bear around there.
took trip back up to Colville National Forest stayed weekend at Lake Leo campground, love it this time of year had the place mostly to ourselfs, did get rained on friday night/saturday morning, and the temp was a little on chilly side at night dipping into the mid 30s, but heater worked good:D...
Tried the camper out last weekend, headed out to Starvation Lake campground for weekend get away, met up with some friends there and enjoyed a nice weekend of fun, and fishing, oh an listing to the coyotes howling at night. Going back up north to Colville national forest area again this weekend...
