    yes that is the item. purchased from a marine store. i work on the water so i was able to get feed back from others. anything that keeps the foamy up to allow air movement will work.

    Purchased the Neptune Slat Sytem and after a few nights on it, it works. Bottom side of mattress, total dry. Very happy. Now the negative, with the 4" foam and the slat system were talking 6", and the roof will not come all the way down. Re and re the 4" foam for a 2" and just not enough padding...

    did this up on a hunting trip three weeks ago, took it down after the wind storm. gonna use one of them auto/ rv shelters next time, that way i can have sides to cut the wind.

    4" is the problem. if fwc made the roof 2" higher i think it would solve 90% of our problem. it would allow for a reg mattress, problem solve, maybe.

    the only solution is a woodstove. propane is not the answer for winter camping. wall tent and a woodstove, oh baby. just got back from a hunting trip, me in my hawk, buddy in his wall tent. woodstove provides dry heat. the thing i had to do was in the am prop my mattress up to dry/air out. once...
