Thanks for the input everyone! I really appreciate it. We do have solar on the camper and we do plan to upgrade to lithium so hopefully that helps. But I’ll keep in mind about the smart alternator. I’ll keep you posted on the progress, I think the bobcat will look pretty nice in the bed of a tundra.

I have jack extensions for the front, which Marty said should be fine. Any issues with swapping the electrical? Or was it pretty straight forward?

Quick over nighter down on the lower deschutes in our new bobcat.

Picked up a dometic cfx3 35 for the camper. Hangs over the edge of the Engel shelf they built though. Only a couple of inches so not terrible but noticeable. Has anyone had any issues with this and the furnace? I couldn’t seem to find a more square sized cooler that had the same space...

Thank you, I'll give them a call. After a little more research, the Tacoma comes with a stock composite bed that I think is supposed to stay in. Based on the photos I've seen, other Tacomas have the composite bed still in with campers. Either way, really excited to pick it up this week! Nick
