Anyone know if a TF51 will fit sideways between the couch and cabinets of a Hawk? The TF51 is 23"in length I believe. I'd go measure my camper but I'm out of town and want to get the fridge ordered. If not is anyone willing to measure their Hawk for me? :) Thanks! Dave

The frames on the camper doors are so rigid, theres not much adjustment to be had. I've removed my door quite a few times and I've never messed with trying to shim it or had any issues with binding. They aren't exactly built with tight tolerances either. I'm sure you're thinking of how hard it...

I do know the CG point for the cable jacks is 31.5" +/- an inch or so from the front. That should get you in the ballpark. If you need help with anything, I'm in SLO and am on my second Hawk. How much for the flatbed?

Anyone care to post a picture of a Hawk on the 5 1/2' bed F150? I measured and it sticks out about a foot. I'm curious to see how it looks. It's very hard to find the 6' bed trucks where I am. I was out in Nebraska recently for work and there were quite a few on the dealer lots. Not so much...

Well, it's time to move on and let go of my 2001 Hawk. This camper is in very clean condition. No wood rot, no oxidization, the paint has been touched up regularly, etc... I'm pretty particular about keeping my equipment in top shape. That being said here's the specs.... 2001 Hawk that is one...

FWC had the best deal on the trim. $10 per 8' stick and shipping was very reasonable. I tried everywhere to find this stuff, but it's not a common bend or dimension for extruded aluminum.

I use an app called Gas Cubby (free) that allows you to input gas, maintenance, and other expenditures. Been using it for a few years now and it produces all kinds of neat graphs and reports.

For future reference. Prices from one of the camper Mfg's as of 4/2013 is $5.61ft for the U Channel and $2.49ft for the L Metal.

Anyone know where to buy some replacement aluminum trim? I need both the u channel and the L metal.
