Thanks, will experiment with the pvc over the next few weeks. Maybe the case is the way to go as well. When fishing multiple days a close in locations, nice to leave the rod at full length, but have broken it down for many years as well. Thanks again

I've ordered a Hawk, will take delivery in 2-3 months. So I should cut out a 3" piece of insulation for the bed before I mount the camper in my Tundra ? Does it stay in place once the camper is mounted to the bed. ? New to this site. Thanks for any help
