We have a 13 gallon black tank. Is the “full” sensor at the top of the tank or just below? That’s how it is on the fresh tank?

Just picked up our new 5.0 with the Victron energy package. I forgot to hold the red button in for 3 seconds before turn the battery disconnect to the off position. Now I can’t get any power when turning the battery disconnect to the on position. Does anyone know how to get it to work?
