15lb Aluminum Propane Tanks Victoria BC

I have two 15lb Aluminum Propane Tanks for sale in Victoria BC. I can possibly drop them off in Vancouver or Seattle if I go down. A little tall for my propane compartment on my Falcon but might fit a custom shell setup nicely. $90 CAD or $60 US Each

I've seen composite propane tanks that seem really light but never really thought about the weight savings. They seem to be reasonably priced but not sure if they can be stored horizontally or not.

Fiberglass cylinders are a little bit lighter 3 pounds less approximately on a 20lb tank over aluminum? Those are steel. I'm looking for horizontal composite tanks (unless I missed something).
