We have a 1984 FWC Keystone that needs a new home and some TLC.

The camper is usable as is and would be OK for a fisherman or hunter. It is in well used condition. Notably, the lift panels need replacement and the original floor of the cab over bed area needs replacement. I have a new 4x8 sheet of marine grade ¾” thick plywood I bought to do that bed floor replacement which is available. While the canvas is original and still seems to be shedding weatr it should be replaced as it is near the end of its life.

The previous owner replaced and sealed all of the external fasteners as well as sealed around the edges of the pop-up material. Unfortunately, he got silicone caulk on the pop-up fabric which is sticky and picks up dirt causing dark spots and streaks. We have cleaned a lot of it off but it still has some left (which could be removed with more cleaner and liberal amounts of elbow grease).

The camper has the optional driver side louvered window and rear passenger side window, the optional sliding front window for truck cab access as well as the optional factory luggage rack.
The standard equipment include two manual roof vents, 110V and 12V lights, 110v to 12v power converter, 3-way refrigerator, 20 gallon propane tank, 3 burner propane range, 20 gallon water tank and a sink with manual pump faucet. All equipment is original except the propane tank which was newly installed when I bought the camper 4 years ago. The vents, 110v & 12V lights, range and sink are operational. The refrigerator very recently stopped working. I do not know what is wrong with it and if it is repairable or not.

I have a pair of cable lift jacks for mounting and un-mounting the camper to your truck which can be included. I also have a second newer pair of cable jacks that are available.

I was going to convert this camper to a flatbed camper. However, we bought a 2009 Keystone this past May and I just don’t have the time to work on this one.

The camper is in Solvang, CA.

Is anyone interested? I can send pictures. Make me a reasonable offer.

Regards,
