I have had my 02 Tundra AC 4x4 since Sept 2011.
I traded a 06 Ford Ranger Super Cab to get the Tundra.
In 09 I purchased a ATC Bobcat full camper for the Ranger.
After a 2011 trip to Alaska we felt we needed a slightly
larger and more powerful truck.
The Bobcat looks and works great on the Tundra.
I still use the original turnbuckles at the corners to keep the camper in place.
I have not had any problems with them.Once tightened they have not loosened up.
My Bobcat is on the truck all the time.
Between both trucks the camper has traveled 50K+ miles and never any issues
with the turnbuckles.
Even the wider ATC's/FWC's look and work great on the 1st gen Tundra platform.
We see a lot of them out there.
