2002 Alaskan Camper on East coast located on Long Island N.Y I Bought from the original owner in good condition. replaced Pirelli rubber seals. camper has rooftop a/c sink water storage tank. It does not have propane so no heat or stovetop. original owner did use it in winter with electric heat. If your not familiar with Alaskan Campers check out there website, they are handcrafted in Washington State. This is a 7 foot cabover.
