2005 FWC HAWK for sale - SOLD

I have a 2005 hawk 6 1/2 foot pop up camper. Equipped with the following

Screen door.

110v outlet

dining table
20 lb propane
Queen size slide out bed

The good... the lift panels are perfect. No mold everything works (water heater, shower, fridge, stove, sink, lights, locks, windows and no funky smell.
The bad... small scuff on the passenger side from grazing a rock off road. Small tear in the bottom of the screen door. Minor nicks and scratches to the interior finish. One of the jacks has an issue but still works. I'm trying to be completely transparent on the minor issues with the camper. Looking for $9500 cash

Anyone have an idea what a fair price for this would be?

FWC's typically demand some premium prices and yours looks to be in good condition. I picked up an Eagle (2003) for a good price but it needed new vinyl, front and back panels, upholstery, etc. If all of that is good on yours, you might get your price. Just a matter of time I think. I'd show some pictures of it in the up position and the vinyl and post on the other sites where you see/find some FWC's.
