$12,000. Located in Phoenix, AZ
I am the 3rd owner of the camper and it has spent most of its life in AZ. No leaks and no water damage. Lift panels, canvas and interior are in great shape and everything is original on it accept half of the covers for the pads. The exterior is in good shape but could use some love. The screws on roof could use replacement and sealant and some paint on the cabover wood under the bed. The bottom has been painted and in good shape. There is a bondo patch on the rear left panel where a mountain bike handlebar went through the siding but didn't affect or damage the aluminum frame. It's hard to tell the patch is even there. Everything is in good working order.
