2007 10' Alaskan cabover

I have a December 2007 (almost 2008) 10 foot extended cabover for sale. Excellent shape. Has 3 way fridge, furnace, pressurized water system, 3 burner cooktop, oven, side dinette model. Has a bag awning, jacks, stripes and boat rack on the outside. Asking $18000 for this camper. Call 250 489-2747. Would like to sell it because I need money for a house downpayment.
