This camper has been used less than 20 nights since new.
Excellent plus condition. Front decal is cracked and fading, a common problem and that is the only issue with this camper.
Camper has always been stored inside between September and April each year.
Torklift tie downs (currently on 2017 Ford F350 Crew Cab) and Torklift Fast Guns can be purchased separately if they fit on your truck.
Camper is loaded with everything the SE model came with during model year, except the microwave.
Camper was ordered A/C ready from factory and then added at dealer.
Camper has both electric and propane hot water heater, an option I added when it was ordered.
Camper has never leaked and I have always maintained seals on roof using Dicor self-leveling sealer.
Camper comes with 2 qty 6 volt AGM batteries.
Camper comes with 2 qty 20 pound propane tanks.
Camper is completely stock as ordered except for the addition of A/C.
Camper has been winterized each fall with RV Antifreeze.
Camper water system has been treated each year with Clorox Bleach and flushed.
Camper has been waxed once per year.
Camper is ready to go!
