Access sliding door options/repair/parts?

One of my plastic sliding "rails" for the access panels to the turnbuckles broke and wondered where you can get replacements and/or other options? I've seen them mounted using hinges but that could be problematic in my mind (thin material w/ screws, etc.).

Where can you get replacement plastic rails or something more permanent? I assume @ ATC or FWC but seems silly as it involves shipping, etc.

Give Brenda at FWC a call. I suspect she can tell you what was used. Or, stop by a home improvement store. I bet they have something that will work.

Or, call ATC.
I got them to mail me a complete set last year.
I think they still use them.

I had the same problem with the plastic rail breaking. I replaced the plastic with aluminum rails used for picture hanging. I think the product was called Z-Bar or Z-Hanger.

If you Google search "panel edging" or "panel moulding" you will find some alternatives. Here is one from Lowes:
