Also at least around here you can rent two post camper jacks at most equipment rental places. So if the 4 corner ones don't work those would be another option.

You may or may not know that you may request a copy of the accident report that the CHP officer files. It will contain the driver, insurance and vehicle information for any vehicles involved that the officer could identify at the scene. It will also have the officer's observations of the accident scene. Often there are copies of the officer notebook that are not shared. It may require an attorney to get to these and usually not necessary unless there is an injury.
I suspect that your insurance company will retrieve that report and spare you the hassle of doing so.

Sorry to learn about your wreck. At least it didn't happen on that narrow road (Highway 1) down in Baja and you didn't have to deal with Mexican insurance and police. These kind of wrecks happen a lot down there due to the narrow road, no shoulder, and people driving too fast.
update
It was determined that the other driver was 100% at fault, which is what I always assumed! I've never been in this serious of an accident. The other driver admitted fault at the scene to the sheriff, the sheriff determined he was at fault, but their insurance company fought it for a bit but finally agreed to accept 100% liability.
It took the body shop 8 weeks to finally look at truck and determine that it could not be repaired. They said the front end could be fix but discovered a bent and cracked frame. I got a good payoff - paid for the replacement.
I thought about getting a new Tacoma, but the first gen Tundras with the V8 are so nice. I found one in Medford, Oregon. 2005 double cab, 114k miles, every service record since new. E rated tires, airbags, helwig anti-sway bar. Really, am I reading this right? I live in Bishop so did a cannonball run over the weekend and picked it up. As advertised, a fantastic truck. Great owner easy to deal with - firefighter/paramedic.
After the truck was totaled I needed to remove and store the camper. FYI, it is possible to transport a camper in a 5' bed truck with no tie downs, but drive slowly! It is safe and sound in storage. It has a ding that still needs to get fixed, but that's minor, and also covered by insurance, just going to be a bit of a hassle to get it to Sacramento. I'll provide an update if anything exciting or I learn anything about the process.
I added the camper to the truck insurance when I bought it new in 2012, but they had no idea how to handle the claim. There was a period when I was told that because the camper was attached to the truck, that if they totaled the truck, they would need to total the camper too. They kept calling it a shell and I kept correcting them. When they finally realized it was a $25k camper, they listened. I desperately did not want them to total it. Even if I got a full payout I'd be looking at losing a year of time given new order times.
All in all I was very lucky. A really serious accident and I came out with a bloody hand from the air bag. A bit of a hassle and some of my time, but very little out of pocket expense.
Bottom line - don't get in an accident with your camper...

Our car (and three others ) were totaled during the Easter weekend.
After looking for a replacement I found very few out there and the sales prices now far exceed Kelly Blue Book.
When my insurance proffered a settlement I offered them several comparable prices from WWW ads and they have said the will reconsider their settlement.
Real time replacement value seems to have entered the equation.
You will pay a LOT for a used or new FWC .
If they mess you about explain that you would like to rent a small truck based camper for the year wait till while your new camper is built.
