Affordable or customizable composite campers

Seems like all the composite options (Hallmark and overland explorer are what I'm familiar with) are really expensive and come with all the options. Is there any company out there making composite shells? I called overland explorer and they said they won't customize or strip out options. I just want a composite camper with a bed, heater, power and I'll build the rest to my needs. I can't find anything out there though.

^ So I finally went onto FB and looked at Total's page. My take away is a eurocentric model and ideal to the products and that the camper bodies are mostly orientated to larger overland rigs than the typical small slide in pop up. None of this particularly suits me.

However they are local company and I do wish them well. I note that they are offering a mostly assembled box kit for the Ford Transit for under 19K USD, 22.5 CAD. Not my platform of choice at this time - even with AWD - but it is the kind of kit that I'd be interested in, esp assembled. And it's a decent panel thickness at a reasonable price.

I'm with brock, if there's more of these shells out there I'd love to know ...

I have been seeing those composite panels popping up in several different industries. There is also a guy building a camper body for Tacomas with them. Here a link to his youtube video.

Those panels are laminated with a fairly strong and light weight core. After doing some research I found that they also make a wide arrangement of corner brackets with a C channel on both sides to join different panels together. Then you use an epoxy glue to secure them. It looked simple to put together.

I am trying to find the websites that I found the information on. Unfortunately I remember most of them were either Mandarin with broken English or no English at all.
