When this kind of stuff shows up in a campsite near you it's time to pack up and go somewhere far, far away in another galaxy of campgrounds.
I go camping up in the Sierras to AVOID this kind of junk. The key being finding places where MY rig can go but 40' houses on wheels can't. That is getting to be a lot smaller number of campsites since I was a kid.
Back in the 1950s we camped at Camp 7 at Yosemite for two weeks every summer, last week of July and first week of August. Got the same campsite, had the same neighbors....all in tents except for one or two trailers where we were right along the Merced River. Yeah, dusty, yeah nightly bear raids, yeah, lived in a pup tent, yeah had to lug a five pound block of ice across the bridge from the ice machine.
Hey, we rented bikes, got one trail ride each year, froze while rafting in the Merced, got sunburned.....went to the movies, got FireStix cinnamon, listened to the Rangers, dug the "Let the fire, FALL" each night and even saw a satellite one time overhead!
That "vehicle" is the Anti-Christ of camping...probably OK for NASCAR, but that ain't camping either...
OK off the rant and rave now....Grrrrr!
