ARB Fridge finally off the floor

After purchasing our Grandby Shell model in the Spring of 2018, we installed a sink and cabinet and left our 50qt ARB on floor. We kind of used the ARB as our table when camping. After two summers of camping, we finally got tired of the ARB on the floor and taking up what little space we have. I shortened our sink cabinet and shifted the cabinet to the rear up against our Furnace and Stove. With the cabinet about 12" less in length, we were able to move the ARB up on the bench. Still need to secure it for traveling. I replaced our 7 gallon fresh water tank (Reliance Jug) with a 2.5 gallon jug and then instead of draining the gray water to outside the camper, I used another 2.5 gallon jug for the gray water. This is also easier to handle as the 7 gallon was a bear to lift up and place under the cabinet when full. I then bought a eTrailer table but it looks like it was designed for a kids playhouse. I think we will order the Lagun adjustable table system instead.

Here is the original 2018 Setup

Be careful not to block the vents on the ARB. It looks like you need to allow more space on one side and the back. The compressor will get too hot and will not cool your fridge and may damage it.

Thank you for the post Muttmaster. I did take this into consideration when I moved it. I looked up the minimum clearances in the ARB 50Qt Fridge Manual. According to the manual, a minumum of 50mm is needed on all three sides. (50mm = 1.968") That seems stilll pretty close, so I went three inches at the rear and I am about 2" on the side facing the outside wall. I think when we are using the fridge, I will pull it out further from the wall for extra clearance. I should build a sliding tray which would make it easier to get into the fridge. I know the sliding tray ARB sells is only for pulling the ARB towards you and I need it to slide out length wise.

Thanks again,
Jon
