seal stitching in canvas

Looking for some sage advice from the forum.

Waiting on a new canvas for my truck camper from Phoenix Campers.

A 3 part you tube video project i watched used his glue (HH-88) to seal his sewing machine needle holes.

Anyone else use this?

I've used GEAR AID Seam Grip

on my old canvas but it really likes to run and gets kind of messy.

Any opinions or suggestions are appreciated.

I used the fast cure version of the Gear Aid Seam Grip.

I did one application seven years ago on my Hallmark Guanella's vinyl stitching and it's still watertight. I applied it inside and out. It's runny but it wasn't much of an issue.

I've used 88. Works well, but will MELT the vinyl used for the windows. Use caution.

I think I'll try the fast cure Gear Aid. I only have 2 windows being installed. Seems like it would be a bit of a waste of the HH-88.
