Is the furnace vent on the ATC on the drivers side? Is the propane compartment still on the side? If so, where is it located - middle of the camper or nearer the back?

the truck fuel cap...yes.....If i think I know where you are going with this...yes switch it around...

Well not so easy. I'm looking to redesign my floor plan but it seems everything is some kind of compromise. I had read in the intarweb that it was not to spec to put the furnace vent on the same side as the fuel access but then I recalled that ATC had it that way so that was obviously false. Then someone else mentioned it's probably not ideal to be venting gases under the awning either so there goes the other side. I'm happy enough with how ATC does it.

Jeesh I'm confusing myself. It's FWC that vents on the drivers side (duh)... yes I remember now ATC vents on the back.

ATC vents on the back near the door. The propane compartment is on the drivers side towards the rear corner.

I'd be more concerned with the propane venting than with gas fumes reaching the furnace, unless I misunderstood.
