I know driving on washboards is a noisy endeavor. However, my awning seemed to be the biggest culprit. I unrolled it and tightened as best I could, but still rattles. Is this common for all you awning owners? I also feel it's going to rattle itself apart.

And thanks

Tom

Hmmmm. Interesting. I cranked it as tight as I dared. I feel like taking it off when I'm planning off road trips

Zero awning rattle.
Only problem - "rear leg locking bolt loosens up and comes off (30 miles of washboard)
in the cabinet so when I open the awning it falls out. I'm ordering a couple of spares from FWC
just in case.

Factory installed awning ?

Or installed aftermarket by someone else ?

Are you tightening the small leg knobs that allow you to adjust the legs up and down, before you close the awning up ?

Does anything seem loose or broken inside the awning case ?

I don't think I have ever hear the Fiamma awning rattle ?

Are you sure it is the awning and not something else ?

Just trying to think of anything that it might be ...

Thanks

:)

Installed last year by four wheel. I'll check the leg knobs. I've never used it, but yes we're sure it's the awning.

Thanks
