Birthday trip to the W. Pinnacles

We drove down the the west side this morning and had a nice walk before the temps got too warm.
Flowers weren't that great .Not sure why maybe more to come.

Didn't see many of the usual ones.
Still had a nice walk.

Frank, nice way to spend your birthday! No luck, thus far, on an id on the caterpillar. On a side note, story is that John Muir Laws is working on a Field Guide for the Coast Ranges.
