Hello all:

I've gotten such great advice here on the forum I figured it's time to give back. Here are photos of how I've customized my 2005 Grandby that I purchased used three years ago.

This is a shoe rack with one of my two trash cans (that I bought at the Container Store). This trash can holds my recyclables.

This is my other trash can.

I bought these containers at the Container Store. I use them for odds and ends. The thin one stores my movies that I watch on my laptop at night.

I installed a stereo and made this little holder for my iPod.

I added a shelf to this storage cabinet and use those RV telescoping thingies to keep stuff from exiting the cabinet.

I made a wood cutting board that fits into my sink.

I made inserts for my drawer to hold kitchen stuff.

Thanks, Dan. It's helpful to read -- and see -- what others have done to their campers.

Nice work Dan! It's always great to see other people's ideas!

Nice work Dan.I sometimes thing it's as much fun modifying our campers as actually camping in them.
Thanks for sharing the photos.

Frank, That is SO TRUE! haha

How do you support the back of the headunit? Pic would be really helpful.

Thanks.

What "headunit" are you talking about?

He would be referring to the stereo you installed. How is it supported?

There's a support cage that comes with the stereo.

Nice work Dan! :D

TeleMark is asking about the Stereo, if anything was necessary to hold up the back inside

the cabinet?
