My camper is temporarily off my truck. Can I used my furnace, lights, and compressor fridge disconnected from my truck?

I have solar that recharges the batteries. I've never seen the alternator adding much to my batteries, but I don't know if there are other purposes to being connected to the truck.

You should be able to unless you have some strange wiring. Mine would work just fine that way.

thanks. I assume it was a standard factory install to a 2006 Tundra when I bought my Fleet new in 2012. I assumed it was not an issue, just wanted to make sure I didn't fry any appliances or burn the camper down!
