Thanks Ski.I miss our years of 3 pinning. Had a lot of great times since 1984 in the Ebbetts Pass area.
Over the last 5 or so years none.Condition of snow and timing just hasn't worked out.
Great to relive our times thru yours.

Nice to see it in the Winter. In a different season, I have climbed Carson Pass many times on my bicycle. Beautiful.

The third time I tried cross country skiing, I left the mountain with a spiral fracture on my leg. Deciding that it takes waaaaay too long for 50 year old bones to heal, I hung it up. I wish I'd have picked it up when I was younger and learned how to ski well because it's such a great way to experience the back country in the winter.
