Chain Saw Artist at Work

That's pretty cool!

There's a house in Bend where they did something similar a few years ago. They took down a couple of trees (due to a perceived house-crushing hazard), and a chainsaw artist carved the standing remains...but not quite as elaborate as this.
 
It's absolutely amazing how these artists can look at a piece of wood and turn it into a piece of art. Thank you Ski3pin and Merry Christmas to all, Bigfoot Dave
 
Wow-my neighbor (a retired fs guy) used to do that with stumps and old rounds-he did bears and horses. Still something to see!

Sheesh! I dunno. I've lost twenty chickens to racoons and coyotes over the last 15 months. It just ain't right to allow someone with advanced chainsaw & airbrush skills to create more predators so quickly. :(

I'm wasting away having to eat pale yellow tasteless supermarket eggs.
Other than that, nice use of an old neighbor.
