What are you looking for campground or boonee camping??? Alot of campgrounds in CDA national forest, or jump boarder into Washington or Montana not that far from CDA. Im in WA, and we head up into colville national forest area. Pic is from campground outside of colville over Tiger pass.

Thanks BenG. Most likely campground. I am heading east from SEA and my friend with a VW- Winnie version is heading west from Missoula. He's pretty low to the ground so he can't make too many dirt roads. One suggestion was Beauty Creek Campground.

Round Lake State park about 8 miles South of Sand point is a nice spot, well maintained, small lake ( no gas outboards allowed ) good fishing if you are so inclined.
