Surprisingly, I couldn't find any closeup shots from camping, so I had to take some home shots.

Notice the missing tooth in the first shot. And his natural state in the last shot, now that he's 14 or so (hard to say for sure since I got him as a stray).

Great roadrunner pic

Galadriel (Goo) is a Shiba (she's large for the breed). Not for everyone, you don't train them, they train you ;)

Here are some puppy pics...

Tough time in the FWC! Steely (Newfoundland) and Dream (Husky) hanging in there!

Free 1 yr old Husky with AKC papers

I already have 3 dogs, which is more than enough, but I learned today about a 1 year old Husky (female I think) with papers, that is free to a good home because it is ignored. A woman at work was really pushing me to take it and I might, but I don't know where he would fit in the camper. The dog is located in Lompoc, CA (Blazer, are you reading this?) and got along with the owner's, sister's dogs the first time they met.

If anyone is interested, please drop me a line.

Side car

What dog wouldn't love to ride in the side car? That sounds like a great time for both of you. Years ago, there was a guy in Santa Barbara who had a platform on the back of his motorcycle, about 2' square, on which his dog would ride. It was pretty cool to see that dog looking around his master, anticipating the road and which way to lean.

This is my big dog not wanting to get left home

Never known a dog that didn't like to go for rides. The old man failed two attempts to get in the truck today. Gives me the look, okay, you can help me.

This is the same dog that in his younger days I couldn't keep in the yard. He'd go over a six foot fence like it was nothing. And if he couldn't go over he'd go under or through. Never ran away though. I'd come home and he'd be on the porch waiting for me. Didn't endear me to the neighbors much.
