We are using duct tape and yuch it leaves a residue. Just saw a youtube on installing a window latch but I think the way the unit is installed a latch isn't going to work. Im sure I'm not alone in this problem. What suggestions on a durable fix are out there. Please post ideas that have actually been tested and work not hypotheticals please.

Duct tape here too.
I'm thinking of using two small eyebolts one on the freezer door, the other around the corner on the cabinet.
Home Depot sells tiny bungee cords which I already use to keep the storage cabinets closed on my Northstar.

Our Dometic 85L 2 way frig door stays closed, but the freezer door needs to be tapped. We use wide 2"? Painters tape. Wipe moisture off the door to get it to stick. Same piece of tape lasts weeks. Our biggest frig problem is with the wat the door fits. The hinge side fits too close and the seal folds over when closing.

This is what I used on my Truckfridge. Privacy lock from OSH.
