dometic fridge

Anyone else having problems with the inner seal on their dometic fridge coming off? Mine is a 2014 model. Comes out constantly. Was thinking about trying to gorilla glue it in.

Yes, mine came loose. I just used contact cement and it is holding so far.

Mine has pulled out in the past. I found dried, sticky something on the gasket and on its mating surface. Thorough cleaning both the gasket & the mating surface with suds followed by isopropyl alcohol seems to have eliminated the issue.

Cleaning those surfaces is now part of camper cleaning after each trip. Thus far, no repetition of the problem. Just gluing the gasket into door might result in tearing the gasket surface with a tenacious sticky residue.

Mine was repeatedly coming loose so I attached it with a few spots of silicone seal. No more problem and the silicon spots are minimal if the gasket needs replacement
