Eagle heater question

The heater in our eagle has the output register pointing downward. Wouldn't it be better if I took the screws out and rotated it so it pointed up?

We did a nice overnite at Westport Union Landing State Beach.

The previous owner did just that in our Hawk. He froze his arse off one night and decided to turn it around and said it was much better. I only know that it will chase you out of the camper now in a matter of a few minutes... it works quite well and makes for a happy wife!

Fliped mine around and used needle nose pliers to bend them down some to aim away from the return air inlet. Did not like mine pointing down either. Why heat a small area of the floor???

Oh by the way...If you remove the outside cover you will find a rocker switch to turn the power on and off. Mine came with the power switch off...Wonder why I could not get the heater to work.
