Fix a flat?

I can't wait to try this.

With your background this can't me a new concept to you is it?

Tire Fix

The frist time I saw this done was on a very large mobile crane that had rolled a tire off the bead jumping a curb at an angle.
We were setting a large generator and it was too late in the day to get another crane out to the jobsite.
The oiler on the crane aid no problem. He shot the tire up with starting fluid and tossed a match in the tire.
Boom, back on the bead.
This was a 4 foot plus tall tire. Saved us that night. We still had to air it back up but had a compressor on the rig.
As the Mythbusters say,Don't try this at home-EVER. It is easy to blow the tire up.
