If the bags are plumbed together, then when the truck begins to sway, the lower side pushes the air out of the airbag on the lower side over to the airbag on the higher side, which then pushes it even higher, making the sway worse. Make sense?

To have different pressures on each side I am pretty sure you would need to have them plumbed separately!
 
We have an 05 Tundra with an ATC Ocelot on the stock bed. Had airbags installed but still did not like the sway. I installed a standard Hellwig sway bar with no problem (did have to do a very slight bend to the brake lines) and it substantially improved the handling. Not sure why the 04 Tundra would be different unless there was a substantial change in the setup. Still running the stock Bilstein suspension too.
