12 gallon water tank, 20 gallon propane tank
12v deep cell battery (relatively new, recharges well)
Rieco-Titan mechanical jacks (a bit rusty but work fine)
OTHER
Bed cushions/covers/screens and roof canvas in very good/excellent shape
Fake wood veneer has flaked off in spots on lift panels but work fine
Vinyl flooring replaced with removable outdoor carpet
Short section of wood ceiling trim is missing and could be replaced (cosmetic only)
Otherwise normal wear and tear
