Front Suspension

Most of us have modified our 1/2 ton truck rear suspension to increase load capacity and/or eliminating sway. How many of you have done anything with the front suspension and what did you do, are you happy with the results?

I went with Old Man Emu shocks with the 886 spring. It gave a bit of a lift as well as a much heavier spring.
