Machined up some new vent covers and removed the restriction tube on the heater that causes issues. Still need to anodize them black. Also added some flooring to cover the FWC vinyl.

Before TIG welding the rack mounting inserts. I will be adding down bars to the flatbed incase I decide to run a tire back there. At this points I'm really not sure if I want to put the weight of a 37" tire on the camper.

Sweet. I like the floor coverings. They remind me of rugs I brought back from Oaxaca.
Thanks, it's all actually basically woven plastic. I have them CNC cut to fit and it should last forever. All gives a little more insulation to the floor.

Love the vent covers, interested in making another set?

I am working on a similar project with the rear rack, had the same thought of extending it down to the tray for added support. Though planning to mount two 1up bike racks vertically and hiding some rotopax mounts under the approach angle section.

I added a Quickpitch traction board/table mount to the angle on my flatbed. Obviously, the product was designed to be mounted vertically to the side of a camper but this works well and the table is useful.
