Going somewhere

Unexpectedly I have a three day weekend. A couple days ago I was expecting one day off. Would be nice to have had time to plan something. I'm going to hitch up the Jeep and head out in the morning. I want to check out one section of the mormon emigrant trail I've read about this side of 88. Saturday is opening day of deer season in D3-5 so I want to head up 88 at least out the D-zones. Monitor pass? 395? I could be anywhere so if you're up that way keep an eye out.

Might be good to not have firm plans what with the thunderstorms and fires going on.

Ah , its just archery season. Thats better. I have nothing against deer hunters but rifle season always attracts that small percentage of people who just shouldn't be allowed out in the woods. Read the seaons on my phone, kinda hard to see it on the itty bitty screen.

Jeep and truck are loaded up. Just making that last sweep to see what I'm forgetting to bring
