Mind bender going on...
Got a used Hallmark Ute last fall. Did a quick pigtail setup to get one trip out of it then put it away for the winter. This summer, I installed a new 7 pin outlet in my truck bed. I had improperly operating tail lights, but my truck was pushing power to my camper battery. I then got a factory made, 6 ft long pigtail with two male 7 pins, and replaced the old 6 pin plug on the camper with a new 7 pin outlet.
I now have a scenario where my tail lights are all working, but my truck is actually running off my camper battery. I literally can't turn off the camper lights or truck lights while the pigtail is plugged in, and the camper battery is being drained while I'm driving to my destination because my truck is running off of it instead of the truck battery. It's crazy!
Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful.
